Chad, these are replicas of watches worn by Nazi figher pilots. Isn’t that a little disturbing?
I mean, I love my Russian sub watch, which is presumably a replica of what those guys who drove the subs with missles wore, but I mean, NAZIS?

Ben,
I understand, through my travels I have been to watch museums in Glashutte outside Dresden and looked at watches that Nazi fighters actually wore. It made me angry also, to see models that had that horrilble stigma attached. Then I took a closer look at the watches and the Germans had ruined most of them by scraping off Nazi propaganda symbols. It is illegal to even show those symbols in Germany. They for our purposes a respresentation of a period in watch making, a style used in that time period and by those watch makers, nothing more. Fortis, IWC, Glashutte, Chronoswiss all have models that could fall into the style worn by German soldiers/pilots. Still we won’t judge them, believe me their intentions are good, as well as with Zinex. Would I not wear a Seiko because of Pearl Harbor, a stretch but you understand. Thanks for the best question I have had. CTWG
