The biggest I own, by far, is a Cathode Corner Nixie Watch.  http://www.cathodecorner.com/nixiewatch/  It uses Nixie Tubes, an obsolete (not made since the early Seventies, and they do wear out) display technology which was replaced by LEDs.  They weren't used for watches before recently, since the required circuitry filled a largish box back when the tubes were current technology.  It's handsome in an incredibly geeky way and can be read from across the room...</description>
